If you had a substancial abount of money ($100-500K), where would you invest it for security and a nice return? Would you invest in government bonds, Precious Metal, the stock market, real estate, a business? Lets hear some ideas.

I prefer investing on real estate or developing my own company (even smaller company). Is is always better to manage your own funds than relying on traders.
it will probably be invex.org or prime fund as they are stable and reliable. i do not think you can make 2% - 5% in real life invest, unless you know about the market.

We are talking real investment here. Would you spend your ($100-500K), to an online anonymous program where could be gone anytime??
Id consider collectible too. Things like art, stamps, antiquarian books. These all appreciate quite well if you are careful.

Art,ctamps, antiquarian books is not investment at lest not for me it’s like buying gold there’s no cash flow in any of this items! I think Real Estate will do it! With a positive cash flow! Couple Apartment buildings will to the job!
Who told you that? These items valued higher if you know how to roll them... But yes of course, real estate is still the best. Build an apartment and set relaxed after..earning monthly rentals for unlimitted years and increasing everyear...

If I don’t have any cash-flow it’s not an investment for me! Art, ctamps, antiquarian books it’s a speculation on a price will it go up or down! There no cash-flow.
Ive done quite well over the last few years realising capitial gains. No "cash-flow", but nice ROI.
