I can get a new card that will help you receive ACH transfers from all the major sites - paypal - google - epassporte ... etc.It's tested and working.

The card is publicly issued only for US people so they require SSN and all the verification BUT it can be issued for international users if you can provide the right documents :
-passport or other ID
-utility bill
I do not touch the cards and the only thing that i get is an activation code that is provided by them through email so i do not need any kind of money upfront .

When you receive the card , in order to activate you will pay me 50 eur/wmz and u receive the code .

Card's bin is 627643.

The card has been tested already and seems to be working fine with all the ACH transfers.

It takes about 4-6 weeks to get the card and there is nothing to be done to speed this.

If you are approved you will be notified.

Possible reasons for decline :

-fake documents
-innapropiate countries - afganistan and all major terrorist countries

-name on ach is not the same on the documents

But the quick reason is this
You are Donald Duck on documents you sent to get card, but Joe citizen elsewhere

@Toxic : every ACH comes in a name .If the name of the account from which the money are sent it's not the same as the name on the card ,then you get ur card locked.

Card is for legit people who don't have ach for their accounts or stuff like that .

Also it can be used to verify paypal ( you will receive the 2 cent amounts ).

There is also a way to get a second virtual card that you can fund with the money from the main card .You must activate it inside the account .I did not ever test this feature and i can not say how it works but i think it's a nice feature.

Gustaveband you can't load LibertyReserve with it i'm affraid.

Arsalan , the card is issued in US and can be added as a bank account to paypal and receive the cents.Directdeposit can be made.

how much loading limit with direct deposit daily? how much is the price?
how i can get it? payment in upfront? or need to completed the application and send the documents first then send you the payment when application approved?
