I have problem with AlterGold

- 07/18 : I received 2500 from BekoGold, BekoGold want to exchange 2500AG to LR, and I've sent 2290.12LR to BekoGold



After that, AG Staff contact me to tell that :
- 1 AG member want to exchange AG with MuaBanGold and MuaBanGold tell him that spend to BekoGold account
- MuaBanGold do not process order of this AG member as well
- So AG reverse 2500AG of me, HyGold untill now

- Try to contact AG but they don't reply my email, I lost 2500AG when already sent 2290.12LR to BekoGold

- This is problem with BekoGold and MuaBanGold, not HyGold, but they don't give me AG back

I am aware of the situation with MuabanGold, and will look into your reversal. I also do not approve of a payment reversal under any circumstances, sans hacking of the AlterGold database.

To play Devil's Advocate here, as there is some confusion as to the connection between these groups: You sent Beko the LR *after* AG reversed your funds. Did you not notice the reversal prior to processing the order?

I think that all of you should be careful when use AG now. AG still hold 2500 of HyGold's account now

Dear, after receive 2500 AG from BekoGold, I choice to withdraw an amout 3396USD from AG



And on 7/19 evening, I login to my account again and see my withdraw was canceled

And Adex, I think you used to process some orders from AG to LR with HyGold very fast.
