What is wrong with this particular one? All of them are useless for investors anyway.... How do you know their alexa rank in a trick? Can you show any proof?

I do not think my monitor is useless for investors. Why do you think so?
Re: Refback80.com - BAD MONITORING - BAD SITE - BAD ADMIN - DON'T USE HIS MONITORING
Because it is easy for HYIP admins to pay miniscual amounts to the monitors in exchange for their "paid" posts, even if they do not pay anybody else.... A small price to pay to get more suckers' money into a program. Indeed monitors may be useful for scammers, but I hope it will become less true in short time if we manage to educate people that there is no reason to look at the monitors...

I do not accept special monitor plans.
I do not list ridiculous programs (200% after 1 day or so).
I always check votes in my monitor, posts on forums etc. When program administrator is paying only me as monitor, but I notice selective payments, program gets problem status immediately. I am also in touch with my site visitors, they are reporting me abuses if something is wrong.
I know many monitors do practices as you mentioned above, but obviously not all.
Some monitors are useful, I as investor try to check all places before I deposit into program - including monitors, forums and blogs.
Re: Refback80.com - BAD MONITORING - BAD SITE - BAD ADMIN - DON'T USE HIS MONITORING
So should we have monitors that monitor the monitors? You are saying what you are saying.... In this field the save way is to assume that it is not true, and do their own research working on assumption that everything is scam until proven otherwise. Therefore, monitors are useless.

No. Own research - yes, always.
I made my website from 0. I did it mainly to help others and to do some difference. Too many bad monitors around, too many monitor admins are not independent etc. Too many monitor admins has their own programs also. By saying your words you hurt me a little, like my whole job is for nothing. But you are wrong.
Monitors can be a part of research. Beside forums and blogs. More different sources = better analyze.
Many times I was the first who warned about scam or selectively paying programs even before I read about it on TG/MMG forum.
Also, you can track member votes/comments about each programs. You can check IPs and localization, sometimes program has quite lot of votes from one member or one country, it is always better if countries are random, then you can be sure votes are from real members.
Beside that, I am always searching for fake votes too.
And you probably prefer forums. Take a look around - many spam posts, sometimes even no discussion in program topic. Is it worth to check forum to see 3 first pages with spam from monitor admins? To find something interesting you must search very deep sometimes, it takes time. Useful and trusted monitor is some kind of solution in this case.
Re: Refback80.com - BAD MONITORING - BAD SITE - BAD ADMIN - DON'T USE HIS MONITORING SITE
I did not change my mind, as the main rule of survival in this field is to trust nothing and assume that everything is SCAM. Therefore opinion of the monitors is irrelevant...
Re: Refback80.com - BAD MONITORING - BAD SITE - BAD ADMIN - DON'T USE HIS MONITORING SITE
Well I use this monitor site to receive the refback bonus he is offering, so instead of signing up to some program for no refback at all, I take his offer to get more returns for myself. I see this very profitable.
When a program comes down, there's no amount of monitoring to prevent for the members to lose their money, the only benefit of monitoring is that more people wont be lured into a falling program. Well, maybe some members might be able to pull their money out in time, depending on the program plans.
