Good list, thanks for posting it.

Just to add that members should always try to post sensibly, with something which will contribute to the forum, not just to get their signature/link seen. If not it will usually be spotted and mods of the forum involved will deal with it as spamming.

Good list, but actually most forums don't use nofollow on the signature links. Most blogs use on the comments though. So maybe a list of dofollow blogs won't be bad

The forums above are dofollow forums so no need to worry about.. about the blogs, there are thousands of blogs out there and I'm working on my own list too..
