Hello All,
There are few Visa cards available with $5 load.
These cards can be used for Paypal Verification, ebay, Google account and ...
The cards support AVS (US Only) and are issued by Marshal Bank.
BIN is 476897, Expiry is 04/2010.
I will register the card to your name free of charge (US address only).
Free Statements/Exp use number and etc...

Price per card is $16
I currently accept: LR, Wmz and Pecunix.
I do not accept Paypal and E-gold, please do not request.

For 2-9 cards, each card will cost $15 LR/WMZ .
For 10 and more cards, I lower the price to $14.

Where do you want to use ?
I have used them with Indian Paypal accounts and were ok.
Also friends verified their UK ebay acct.
AVS will become useless if you use outside US address.

Statements and Registration is FREE OF CHARGE.
Statements / EXP use are sent by email/ Chat.
