Default Scammer's Code of Ethics

Just because you are a scammer doesn't mean you are evil. It's probably just a profession for you, just like if I were a doctor. At the end of the day, you won't take your scamming habits into your own home.

Even drug cartels have their code of ethics. Rival cartels do not infringe on each other's turfs, lest there be a bloody gang war.

The same can be said about online scamming. Scammers have to respect each other otherwise, they will just DDoS each other to hell, and that will not server their ultimate purpose which is to make money off of us.

Take the case of eutradeltd.com, it somehow pissed off the people behind ralf-finance and now is getting a lot of bad publicity.

As a concerned investor, I'd like to request that you scammers put your differences aside, and work on a common set of rules to work on.

Scammer's Code of Ethics

Do not poach each other's investors
Do not DDoS each other's website
Do not blackmail each other (asking money or else giv bad publicity)
Do not post bad reviews in forums/monitors

As an Investor, it would be nice if:
You delete your website if you are no longer paying (so that I dont have to log in and keep clicking on the withdraw button)
Don't spam, but that is asking too much

hmm what else? please add your own...

it all happens, there is no code of ethics among scammers...

I think there may be some form of "cartel" in HYIPs.

There are two classes of scammers. Firstly, kids looking for beer money. Secondly "hardcore" scammers. These are people like Ray Toler, Xavier, Marsden, etc. These people can usually be spotted by the shills that follow them, such as Punkyg and Lovejoy (among others). I dont think there is a code of behaviour between them, but there is a level of respect. They tend to leave each other alone and get on with their business. Perhaps not actively collaborating, but certainly complicit in each other's actions. Who knows just how many big ones over the years have been run by this little group of professionals.

The professionals tend to leave the beer money kids alone simply because it isnt worth their while. The ones that they target are the upstart mid-level players. Big enough to cause them problems, but not too big to destroy with a couple of DDOS attacks.
